Dear, teachers, parents and students,
I feel privileged to be sharing with you the noble task of imparting knowledge to the young minds entrusted to our care at St. Thomas Sr. Sec. School, Mandsaur that has undoubtedly been a reservoir of education for four decades in this very city. In the words of Albert Einstein, “Education is not learning of the facts, but the training of the mind to think.” I firmly believe that the pursuit of training the young minds is not the task of the school alone, but it is the collective responsibility of every one of us. I am also of the view that the education void of human values is a futile and meaningless exercise and thus in this exercise of human formation we aim at the education that caters to the overall development of the students founded on sound human values. Thus in this exercise of nation building, I earnestly appeal to each and every member of St. Thomas to ensure a healthy learning climate for effective teaching-learning that caters to the all-round development of the human persons.
